LMS, founded in Harris County, Houston by Sam A. Paiz in the 1990s, has been a true example of innovation, perseverance and dedication.

Under the leadership of Sam Paiz Sr., LMS has more than 40 years of experience catering to businesses and individuals in the Latino market.
The company Is dedicated to providing a variety of services to the community in the greater Houston area including tax preparation, bookkeeping, insurance, real estate, and educational courses as well as bilingual customer support.

The LMS team has a broad and solid knowledge, the result of more than four (4) decades of effort and constant updating, to seek to generate innovative services for the Hispanic community in the USA. These achievements represent a motivation to continue the approach of total quality and competitiveness that will allow LMS to take on greater challenges in opening up to the future: to develop the corporate character of the company while maintaining tradition.

Sam A. Paiz Sr.
Sam A. Paiz Sr, born 1963 in Houston Texas, started his venture in Entrepreneurship from a very young age. Many failures and set backs have given him many years of experience and insights to starting and maintaining different businesses.

As a teacher of LMS Success U, it has given him many different views of the Latino culture. We are not just Hispanic but Latinos as well “United we can make a difference for the next generation of all ethnic groups”.
